Abstract

This portfolio has three parts:Part one – A systematic literature review of targeted group-based interventions in schools to promote emotional well-being.Part two – A qualitative research study using Interpretative Phenomenological Analysis (IPA) to understand the experience of Looked After Children (LA children) during their transition to secondary school and what helps them to be successful.Part three – Appendices including documents relevant to the research project and a reflective statement pertaining to the researcher’s experience of compiling this portfolio.
